How notifyAI handles your information — in plain language.
notifyAI (the "app", "we", or "us") is an Android utility that surfaces your incoming notifications — such as messages from chat and messaging apps — in a floating bubble overlay so you can read and reply to them without leaving the app you're in. This Privacy Policy explains what the app does and does not do with information on your device.
notifyAI processes the following information locally on your device only. None of it is transmitted off the device.
Using Android's Notification Access, the app reads notifications posted by other apps — including the sender, title, message text, and conversation grouping — so it can display them in the floating bubble and group them into conversations. You control which apps are bubbled. This content is processed on-device to power the bubble and is never sent anywhere.
Captured notifications (sender label, app name, title, message text, category, and time) may be saved to a local history database on your device so you can scroll back through recent messages. This history lives only in the app's private storage and can be cleared by you.
When you type a reply in a bubble, the app forwards your text to the originating app through Android's standard notification reply action — exactly as if you had replied from the notification shade. notifyAI does not store or transmit your replies itself.
To let you choose which messaging apps should appear as bubbles, the app reads the list of apps installed on your device (their names and icons). This list is used only to populate the in-app picker and is not stored off-device or shared.
Your settings — such as which apps are enabled, bubble appearance, vibrate-on-message, and other options — are stored locally on the device.
notifyAI does not access your contacts, call logs, location, photos, microphone, camera, or accounts.

The app is built without the INTERNET permission, so it is technically incapable of sending your data over the network.
Information accessed by the app is used solely to provide its core function: showing your notifications in a floating bubble, grouping them into conversations, letting you reply inline, keeping a local history, and remembering your preferences. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the features you see in the app.

All processing happens on-device and app data is kept in Android's private per-app storage, which other apps cannot read. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no server-side database that could be breached. You remain in control through Android's permission system at all times.
notifyAI is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app collects no data and has no online component, it poses no data-collection risk to users of any age.
notifyAI does not integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social login providers. It does not embed any third-party trackers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Since notifyAI does not collect or hold any of your personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf — full control rests with you on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features change. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and publish the updated policy at this address. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
