We built Nbubble to help you organise your notifications — and we did it without collecting a single byte of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Nbubble Android application ("App"), developed and published by Dowble Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), available on the Google Play Store.
Nbubble is a notification management app. It reads the notifications delivered to your device by other installed apps and presents them in an organised, grouped view so you can manage them more easily. The App operates entirely on your device — it does not have a backend server, does not create user accounts, and does not communicate with any external service.
We do not collect, process, store, or transmit any of the following:
Notification content: The content of your notifications (message text, sender info) is processed on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable optional cloud sync or backup features.
Third-party analytics: There are no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries included in the App.
Nbubble requests the following Android permissions solely to deliver its core functionality. These permissions are used primarily on-device. Some are used to communicate with our servers for optional features (see below).
You can revoke any permission at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → Nbubble → Permissions.
Core Functionality (On-Device): When you grant notification access, Android routes a copy of each incoming notification to Nbubble. The App reads the notification's title, message text, and source app name, then groups and displays them in its interface. This processing happens locally on your device only and is never transmitted.
Optional Cloud Features: If you enable optional features like cloud sync, backup, or theme downloads, Nbubble will connect to our servers to transmit the necessary data. These features are entirely optional and disabled by default. You will always be asked for explicit consent before any data is transmitted.
Notification data is held in memory while the App is running and is cleared when you dismiss notifications or close the App. Unless you explicitly enable cloud features, nothing leaves your device.
Nbubble may store minimal preference data locally on your device (for example, which notification categories you have pinned or muted). This data:
Nbubble does not integrate with or send data to third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services:
Optional Cloud Services: If you choose to enable optional cloud features (cloud sync, backup, theme downloads), Nbubble will communicate with our own servers only. No data is shared with third-party cloud providers without your explicit consent. All communication is encrypted.
Google Play Store: The only external system involved by default is the Google Play Store, which distributes the App and may collect its own installation and update data under Google's Privacy Policy. We have no control over or access to that data.
Nbubble is a general-purpose utility app and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data through our App.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes in a way that affects how data is handled. Any updates will be posted at dowble.com/privacy/nbubble and, where significant, communicated via a Play Store update note. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
If we add new features that involve data transmission (such as cloud sync or remote backups), we will seek explicit user consent before enabling them and clearly explain what data will be transmitted and how it will be protected.
